Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering an account or using any services offered on dyingbreed.ca (the "Website") operated under the Rainbet brand ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

1.1. Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Rainbet regarding your use of the Website and all associated gaming, entertainment, and financial services provided therein.

1.2. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Website with a revised date. Your continued use of the Website following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email.

1.3. Governing Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of a conflict between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

  • "Account" – the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Website.
  • "Balance" – the total funds held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and any credited bonuses where applicable.
  • "Bonus" – any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by Rainbet subject to specific terms.
  • "Casino Games" – all games of chance and skill available on the Website, including but not limited to slots, table games, live dealer games, and instant-win games.
  • "Deposit" – funds transferred by a Player into their Account for the purpose of wagering.
  • "KYC" (Know Your Customer) – the identity and eligibility verification process required under anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
  • "Player" – any registered adult individual who holds a valid Account on the Website.
  • "Prohibited Jurisdiction" – any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Website's services is restricted or prohibited.
  • "RNG" (Random Number Generator) – a certified software mechanism ensuring the fairness and randomness of game outcomes.
  • "Wagering Requirement" – the number of times a Bonus or deposit amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
  • "Withdrawal" – the transfer of funds from a Player's Account to the Player's designated payment method.
  • "Website" – the online platform accessible at dyingbreed.ca and all associated subdomains, mobile versions, and applications.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1. Age Requirement

Access to real-money gaming services on the Website is strictly limited to individuals who are 19 years of age or older, in accordance with the applicable legal requirements in the province of Ontario and other Canadian provinces where the age of majority is 19. In provinces where the age of majority is 18, the minimum age to participate is 18 years of age. It is your responsibility to ascertain and comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals below the applicable minimum age will be suspended immediately, all transactions voided, and any funds returned minus any winnings, which shall be forfeited.

3.2. Geographic Eligibility

The Website is intended for use by residents of Canada ("CA"). By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Canada and are not accessing the Website from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Rainbet reserves the right to block access from certain territories at its sole discretion and in compliance with applicable regulations.

3.3. Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Website and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

  • Full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification);
  • Date of birth;
  • Valid email address;
  • Canadian residential address;
  • Phone number;
  • Chosen username and secure password.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

3.4. One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Website. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, Rainbet reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any winnings, and forfeit any bonuses accumulated across those accounts.

3.5. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and responsible gaming obligations, we are required to verify the identity of all Players. KYC verification may be requested:

  • Upon registration;
  • Prior to processing any withdrawal;
  • When a Player's cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed defined thresholds;
  • At any time at our discretion where we have reason to require verification.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

  • Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, provincial ID card);
  • Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past 90 days;
  • Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or copy of the payment method used, as applicable.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.6. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. Rainbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4. Account Management

4.1. Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed. Account closure does not waive obligations arising from prior activity.

4.2. Account Suspension or Termination by Rainbet

Rainbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

  • Breach of these Terms or any supplementary policy;
  • Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity;
  • Failure to pass KYC verification;
  • Prolonged inactivity (see Section 4.3);
  • A request from a responsible gaming or regulatory body;
  • Any other circumstances deemed appropriate in the interest of player protection or legal compliance.

4.3. Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to applying any dormancy fee or closing a dormant account, Rainbet will attempt to contact the Player using the registered email address. A monthly dormancy administration fee of CAD 5.00 (or the equivalent remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts after the 12-month threshold, until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the account.

4.4. Account Currency

Accounts are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Where a Player initiates a transaction in a different currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees may apply.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1. Accepted Payment Methods

Rainbet currently supports the following payment methods for Canadian players:

  • Visa (credit and debit);
  • Mastercard (credit and debit);
  • Interac e-Transfer;
  • iDebit;
  • InstaDebit;
  • MuchBetter;
  • Neosurf;
  • Bitcoin (BTC) and other major cryptocurrencies;
  • Ethereum (ETH);
  • Litecoin (LTC).

Available payment methods may be subject to change. The most current list is displayed in the Cashier section of the Website.

5.2. Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is CAD 10.00 unless otherwise specified for a particular method. Deposits are generally processed instantly; however, processing times may vary depending on the method used.

Rainbet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which we are not responsible.

5.3. Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete). Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is CAD 20.00. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

Rainbet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. We reserve the right to decline or delay a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5.4. Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits are as follows:

  • Minimum per transaction: CAD 20.00;
  • Maximum per transaction: CAD 10,000.00;
  • Maximum per week: CAD 25,000.00;
  • Maximum per month: CAD 75,000.00.

Higher limits may be available for VIP players or may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Rainbet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

5.5. Chargebacks

If a Player initiates an unauthorized chargeback or reversal of a deposit, Rainbet reserves the right to suspend the Account pending investigation, recover any amounts subject to chargeback from the Account balance, and pursue legal remedies as necessary. Any winnings generated using funds subject to a chargeback may be voided.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1. General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to these general terms and any specific promotional terms published alongside the offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms shall prevail. Bonuses are issued at Rainbet's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

6.2. Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players who have verified their accounts. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive certain promotional offers. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms will be forfeited.

6.3. Wagering Requirements

Unless specified otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount (or deposit + bonus amount, as specified per promotion). Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within this period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6.4. Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The following contribution rates generally apply (subject to specific promotion terms):

6.5. Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is CAD 5.00 (or equivalent), unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.6. Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a free bonus (no-deposit) offer is CAD 100.00 unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

6.7. Abuse & Misuse of Bonuses

Rainbet employs detection mechanisms to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to the exploitation of games with low house edge to complete wagering requirements, coordinated wagering patterns, or the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times. In cases of detected abuse, we reserve the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts.

7. Games & Fair Play

7.1. Game Availability

The availability of games on the Website may vary by jurisdiction and is subject to change at any time. Rainbet makes no warranty that any specific game will be continuously available. Certain games may be temporarily or permanently removed without prior notice.

7.2. Random Number Generator (RNG)

All casino games on the Website that rely on random outcomes use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and unpredictability. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

7.3. Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome or progression of a game, Rainbet reserves the right to declare the affected round(s) void and refund the relevant wagers. Winnings or losses generated during a confirmed malfunction will not be honoured. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies.

7.4. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential legal action:

  • Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the Website;
  • Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
  • Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities;
  • Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions;
  • Chip dumping or any form of match-fixing;
  • Any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.

7.5. Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, Rainbet's servers will record the last confirmed game state. Where possible, the game will be resolved based on recorded data; otherwise the bet may be voided and the stake returned.

7.6. Player Responsibility

It is the Player's responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection prior to engaging in real-money gameplay. Rainbet is not liable for losses resulting from poor connectivity, hardware failure, or other technical issues on the Player's side.

8. Tournaments & Lotteries

8.1. Tournament Participation

From time to time, Rainbet may operate tournaments, leaderboard competitions, or prize draws (collectively "Promotions"). Participation in any such Promotion is subject to these Terms and the specific rules published for each Promotion. Rainbet reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend any Promotion at any time.

8.2. Prize Allocation

Tournament prizes will be credited to the winning Player's Account in accordance with the stated prize schedule. Where prizes are awarded as bonus funds, standard bonus terms (including wagering requirements) will apply. Cash prizes are credited directly to the Account balance and may be withdrawn subject to standard verification requirements.

8.3. Disqualification

Rainbet reserves the right to disqualify any Player from a Promotion where there is evidence of misconduct, exploitation of the Promotion structure, or breach of these Terms. Disqualified Players may forfeit any prizes already earned or credited.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Ownership

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Website, is the intellectual property of Rainbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, create derivative works of, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content or software on the Website.

9.3. Trademarks

The Rainbet name, logo, and associated branding are the exclusive property of the Website's operator. Unauthorized use of any trademark, trade name, or service mark associated with Rainbet is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Rainbet does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10.2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rainbet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue;
  • Loss of data or information;
  • Service interruptions or downtime;
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
  • Any third-party conduct or content accessible via the Website.

In no event shall Rainbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Website exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rainbet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Website, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding your Account, a transaction, or the services provided, you should first contact our support team at [email protected]. Please include your Account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 business days.

11.2. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal review, you may request that the matter be escalated to a senior member of our compliance team. Escalated complaints will receive a final decision within 28 business days. Rainbet's decision on escalated complaints shall be final and binding, except where a Player elects to pursue external resolution.

11.3. Alternative Dispute Resolution

Players who remain unsatisfied following exhaustion of our internal complaints procedure may seek recourse through an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. Details of the applicable ADR provider are available upon request by contacting [email protected].

11.4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving Canadian residents. Any disputes not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.

12. Health & Safety

12.1. Photosensitivity

Some games on the Website may contain flashing lights and rapidly changing visual sequences that could trigger symptoms in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or similar conditions. If you or anyone in your household has a history of photosensitive seizures, consult a physician before using the Website.

12.2. Screen Time

Prolonged screen use may cause eye strain, fatigue, and other physical discomforts. We recommend taking regular breaks and maintaining a reasonable distance from your screen during gameplay.

12.3. Mental Wellbeing

13.2. Player Tools

13.3. Minor Protection

14. Miscellaneous

14.1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms applicable at any given time, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rainbet with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.

14.2. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3. Waiver

Rainbet's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that or any other provision at any future time.

14.4. Assignment

You may not transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your rights or obligations under these Terms without Rainbet's prior written consent. Rainbet may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without restriction.

14.5. Force Majeure

Rainbet shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, cyber-attacks, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers.
